Job Opportunity: Administrator in Hexham, Northumberland
Brook Street is pleased to support our client in recruiting an Administrator based in Hexham, Northumberland.
Job Details:
* Location: Station House, Station Road, Hexham, NE461EZ
* Duration: 3 months, with potential for permanence
* Hours: 07:30-14:30, Monday to Friday
* Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour, paid weekly
Responsibilities:
* Filing and verifying timesheets against rosters
* Authorizing overtime and coordinating with team organizers and engineers
* Managing HAVS record sheets and inspection forms
* Assisting with interview note-taking and documentation
* Handling leave requests, roster checks, and updating schedules
* Supporting roster building with leave, training, and course information
* Communicating with team members regarding PPE and equipment needs
Requirements:
* Recent administration experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Ability to navigate in-house systems
* Valid Right to Work in the UK and ability to pass a Basic DBS check
