Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role - Proven experience delivering digital products in the public sector or healthcare setting - Strong background in agile methodologies and user-centred design - Confident working across organisational boundaries and engaging senior stakeholders - Experience managing suppliers, budgets, and reporting in complex programmes - Skilled in developing strategies aligned to national policy and user needs
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve product vision with programme governance and senior stakeholders - Identify user needs and ensure the product roadmap reflects and prioritises them - Lead agile product teams and manage delivery partners, ensuring clear sprint objectives - Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in line with strategic goals - Report progress, risks, and dependencies to programme boards and governance groups - Support financial planning and manage cost controls related to product development - Champion user-centric and agile working practices across delivery teams - Contribute to strategic policy development, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

This is a contract opportunity for 3 months, with a hybrid working model based in Leeds. We offer a daily rate of up to £550, inside IR35.
