Clinical Nurse Specialist – TIDES Service
Join the Therapeutic Interventions for Distressing unusual Experiences Service (TIDES) as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. TIDES support young people aged 14‑35 who are experiencing an at‑risk mental state across Norfolk & Waveney. Our team offers evidence‑based psychoeducation, individual CBT, family therapeutic work, and small, manageable caseloads.
Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist clinical interventions to young people, their families and loved ones.
* Work as a non‑medical prescriber, providing medication management.
* Offer support, supervision and informal training to colleagues.
* Contribute to multi‑disciplinary team (MDT) meetings and undertake other clinical tasks within the team.
* Deputise for the Community Team Manager on occasion.
Qualifications
You will have a nursing qualification, be trained as a non‑medical prescriber, and possess extensive experience in mental health. The ideal candidate is a team player, flexible, enthusiastic about working with young people and young adults, and committed to helping them achieve the lives they want.
