Absolute Care Pembrokeshire Ltd is seeking a compassionate, dedicated male support worker to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals by supporting them in a variety of daily activities and personal development pursuits.
Key responsibilities include :
Supporting young people in engaging activities such as gym sessions, swimming, youth clubs, boxing, shopping, surfing, horse riding, and general day-to-day life skills.
Building positive, trusting relationships to promote independence and confidence.
We are looking for someone who is :
Kind, patient, and reliable
Trustworthy, enthusiastic, and approachable
Able to maintain a professional and supportive attitude at all times
Fun and engaging, with a genuine passion for working with young people
Requirements :
A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
Use of a company vehicle is provided
Previous experience is welcome but not essential full training will be given
