Founded in February 2010, Enlighten Supply Pool are a well-established education recruitment agency based in the heart of North West London. Due to our outstanding and continued performance, we are now looking to expand our team with talented individuals who can contribute towards our high-end service to our candidates and clients. Key responsibilities for the candidate consultant: • Building and maintaining longstanding candidate relationships • Resourcing suitable candidates for new temporary vacancies • Advertising new jobs on a variety of platforms • Searching for suitable candidates on job boards • Screening candidates in regard to their relevant skills, availability, location and salary expectations • Providing administrative support for the full recruitment process including; compliance, sending out job descriptions and confirming interviews.
