Job Description: Are you passionate about warehouse operations and logistics? Looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing company? We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated team at our Highbridge site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately receive, locate, pick, and dispatch goods using the warehouse management system and handheld scanners, ensuring all items are handled with care and in accordance with company procedures.
2. Safely load and unload deliveries, making sure stock is stored in the correct locations to maintain an organised and efficient warehouse layout.
3. Support inventory management by replenishing and consolidating stock, helping to maintain optimal inventory levels and smooth operational flow.
4. Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment, supporting health and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
5. Complete all required documentation accurately and report any equipment defects or operational issues in line with established warehouse procedures.
Requirements:
6. A Pivot / Ride-on PPT licence is preferred but training may be provided.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
9. Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
10. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
