Do you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and helping businesses thrive?
At Ballards LLP, we’re more than accountants - we’re trusted advisors who blend financial insight with innovative thinking. With offices in Worcester, Droitwich, and Birmingham, we support a wide range of clients across multiple sectors, helping them grow with confidence.
About the Graduate Programme
Our three-year ACA Accounts Graduate Programme is designed to give you a strong foundation in all aspects of accounting and business advisory.
You’ll work as part of a friendly, experienced team - preparing financial statements and personal tax returns, assisting managers with their client portfolios, and supporting colleagues across the firm. From day one, you’ll learn how to turn financial data into meaningful insights while studying towards your ACA qualification, fully funded and supported by Ballards.
Along the way, you’ll also develop your technical knowledge, communication skills, and confidence as you take on more responsibility and begin mentoring junior colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, detail-oriented graduates who are eager to learn, organised in their approach, and excited to build a career in accountancy.
If you’re on track for, or have achieved, a 2:1 degree or higher in any discipline, we’d love to hear from you.
What’s in It for You
* Full ACA qualification support and funding
* Hybrid and flexible working
* 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
