Are you a seasoned Family Law Fee-Earner looking for a role with flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team culture? We're seeking a motivated and experienced Family Law professional (5+ years PQE) to join a busy niche Family Law firm.
About the Role
As a Family Fee-Earner, you'll manage your own caseload of private family matters with minimal supervision. You'll work with clients across the UK on a broad range of family law cases including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial settlements
* Private children matters
* Cohabitation disputes
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years post-qualification experience in Family Law (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
* Proven track record of managing private family law cases end-to-end
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working independently
* Experience working remotely or managing your own caseload virtually is desirable
* A following or the ability to generate work is advantageous, but not essential
