Do you have experience in building or repairing laptops and desktops and a passion for tech?
We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician, someone who can confidently tackle both software and hardware challenges with both laptops and desktops.
Hours: 0800 to 1600 or 0900 to 1700
Pay: £12.60phr
Contract: Temporary (in person)
Key Responsibilities
1. Program hardware and software installations onto laptops
2. Build, upgrade, and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and servers
3. Perform general configuration tasks as directed
4. Use internal systems to log data for customer orders
5. Update and maintain basic spreadsheets as needed
6. Adding protective packages to PC’s
7. Using internal systems to log specified data for all customer orders
Ideal Candidate
8. Experience in hardware and software configuration
9. Prior background in IT support or admin roles
10. Comfortable working with internal systems and tracking tools
11. Organised, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
12. Able to identify, communicate and resolve issues that may cause risk to others or the company
13. Ability to work under pressure and as a part of a team.
