Role Description
The Clinical Operations Manager is a senior, hands-on clinical leadership role responsible for the operational delivery of all clinical services, including the set-up, management, and growth of the clinic, community services, homecare, hospital work, and specialist services such as medical flights.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Registered Nurse (NMC) with active registration.
* Significant senior clinical experience (private healthcare desirable).
* Proven experience managing clinical operations or services.
* Demonstrated competency in:
Phlebotomy
Injectable therapies
IV cannulation and IV administration
* Strong clinical judgement and risk management capability.
* Experience setting up or running clinic-based services.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
* Willingness and suitability to obtain and maintain CQC - TDDI accreditation (Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury), with ongoing compliance and training.
* Experience in community, homecare, or complex care environments.
* Experience supporting audits, inspections, or governance processes.
* Experience coordinating or delivering medical flight services.
