Henderson Scott have partnered with a rapidly-growing tool hire company specialising in powered access, material handling, and plant solutions. As they continue to expand their national presence, they are looking to bring on experienced Regional Sales Managers to drive growth and strengthen their footprint across the Northwest and Midlands regions
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of your territory, leading business development efforts and managing key customer relationships. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure service excellence while delivering profitable growth across your region.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share within your region
* Lead, mentor, and support field sales representatives
* Identify new business opportunities within construction, industrial, and commercial sectors
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
* Analyse market trends to ensure competitive positioning
* Prepare forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership
* Collaborate with depots to ensure customer satisfaction and operational alignment
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ sales experience within the tool hire, powered access, material handling, or plant hire industry
* 2+ years’ management or team-lead experience, ideally in a regional or field-based sales capacity
* Strong network across construction, industrial, or FM sectors
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving territory growth
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
