Job Context The Regional Field and Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving regional MQLs and pipeline growth by owning field and partner marketing outcomes across their assigned region. This role leads regional go-to-market priorities, aligning field programs and partner initiatives to generate MQL contribution and brand impact. Location: Reading RG1 or Leeds LS15, on-site. What You’ll Do Strategy: Develop and execute advertising and partnership strategies with industry associations, publications and media outlets. Contribute to the wider marketing strategy and take ownership of delivering key business outcomes. Manage the advertising and events budget. Events & Campaigns: Own the end-to-end ideation, planning and execution of marketing events that build brand awareness and generate pipeline. This includes full lifecycle event management - from concept and strategy through to budgeting, messaging, contract negotiation, vendor management, site selection, agenda planning, logistics, on-site execution and post-event evaluation. Ensure events are integrated with omnichannel campaigns to drive awareness, enquiries and revenue, while coordinating closely with sales and marketing stakeholders. Messaging & Positioning: Identify the most effective marketing channels, value propositions and calls to action for target audiences. Ensure messaging aligns with the wider marketing strategy and supports integrated campaigns across events, webinars, email and social. Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to plan campaigns, develop event concepts and deliver initiatives that support pipeline generation and product launches. Industry Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with industry associations, partners, publications and event suppliers. Identify new partnership opportunities and oversee Simpro’s presence at relevant industry events, including speaking and sponsorship opportunities. Reporting & KPIs: Define, track and report on campaign and event performance, measuring ROI and identifying opportunities to optimise future initiatives. What You’ll Bring 3 years of experience owning and executing field marketing programs and events in B2B SaaS, software or technology companies. This includes hands-on responsibility for planning and delivering industry events and trade shows from concept through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign and event performance, manage budgets and optimise programs based on data. Proven ability to manage event logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination, sponsorships, booth planning, on-site execution and post-event reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales, marketing teams and external vendors. Experience working independently while progressing multiple priorities forward simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana and Looker. Willingness to travel and manage our presence at industry trade shows, conferences and partner events across the US and Canada.
