As the Site Supervisor, you will lead a team of on**What We Offer** **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct safety and quality audits to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards* Promptly identify and report health and safety concerns, near misses, and site hazards* Attend mandatory training and maintain up‐to‐date certifications* Ensure full adherence to RAMS, PPE requirements, toolbox talks, van audits, and accident investigations* Promote a zero‐harm culture and drive continuous improvement in safety performance- Ensure all engineers follow site‐specific safety and high‐hazard environment requirements* Strong experience working with fire detection and fire alarm systems (primary skillset)* Experience with gas suppression systems* Understanding of mechanical fire suppression equipment* Ability and willingness to carry out hands‐on maintenance and servicing* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Ability to inspire, influence, and build strong working relationships* Proactive approach to problem‐solving and unexpected situations* Full UK driving license* Flexibility to travel for training when required* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail* Experience in highly regulated or high‐hazard environments* Knowledge of passive fire protection* Experience coaching or developing engineersYour buildings have a purpose.
