Overview
We are looking for an ultra-organised multitasker with a passion for delivering first-class support in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Administrator, you will be at the heart of the action—keeping vehicle orders on track, supporting sales operations, and helping to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
Responsibilities
* Be a central point of contact for colleagues, communicating clearly and timely information.
* Work closely with the sales team to process customers' vehicle orders, ensuring accuracy to customer requirements.
* Complete pre-delivery tasks such as vehicle registration, taxing vehicles, and collating paperwork promptly and accurately.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, keeping them informed of order status and any issues.
* Liaise between in-house departments (including aftersales) to ensure invoicing is completed and records are up to date.
* Manage stock records for new, used, and fleet sales.
* Provide data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management systems.
* Support some accounts-related tasks within the site as needed.

* Able to multitask efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
* Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Enjoy meeting new people and building rapport with others.
* Strong communication skills and comfort presenting ideas to others.
* Willing to support colleagues and go the extra mile.
* Passionate about the automotive industry. Interest in working with a leading manufacturer is a plus.
