Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, 4.00pm finishes on Fridays

Recruitment Consultant Role
* Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing and pre‑screening candidates.
* Arrange interviews with hiring managers and support candidates through the offer and onboarding stages across multiple sites.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with long standing and new clients, external agencies, and job boards to identify skills gaps and fill vacancies cost‑effectively and efficiently.
* Proactively promote employer brand through sourcing initiatives, social media, and referral schemes.
* Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
* Negotiate offers and close placements.
Recruitment Consultant Requirements
* At least 1 year recruitment experience OR transferable skills.
* Experience in automotive, sales, or technical recruitment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
