We are looking for an experienced and motivated QA & QC Supervisor to join our team. This role combines Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Wholesale Distribution responsibilities. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our quality systems while ensuring the safety and compliance of our products. What You'll Be Doing
* Quality Assurance & Quality Control
o Maintain and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System
o Write, review and manage SOPs
o Ensure GMP compliance across stock control, labelling, storage and distribution
o Oversee document control including Batch Production Records (BPRs)
o Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet quality standards
o Support supplier quality requirements with purchasing staff
o Manage CAPAs, change controls and internal quality documentation
o Analyse quality data and report performance trends
* Audits & Compliance
o Plan and conduct internal and third‑party audits
o Support the annual audit programme alongside senior management
o Ensure all relevant GMP areas are audited annually
o Handle product complaints, questions and safety concerns
o Complete and submit reports and maintain databases
What We're Looking For
* Experience in QA/QC within a regulated environment
* Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems
* Experience with audits and document control
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
* Proactive, detail‑focused and able to work independently
