Overview
An exciting opportunity for a full-time Administrator to join the Grantham locality mental health team. This is a permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00. The team supports people with severe and enduring mental illness.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth and efficient running and management of processing referrals
* Data inputting, report writing and note taking
* Provide administrative duties to all members of the Locality Mental Health Teams, including telephone handling, channeling incoming calls, word processing, and registering referrals
* Petty cash management and ordering of stationery
* Maintain high standards of service to colleagues, contributing to safe and effective treatments for service users and their families/carers
* Operate within defined time standards and ensure accurate information is recorded using the Trust’s information systems
* Support compliance with relevant legislation, LPFT policies and CQC standards
* Contribute to achieving productivity targets
Requirements
* Excellent IT skills and a good telephone manner
* Ability to provide a high standard of administrative support to the Community Mental Health Team
