We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and experience in B2B sales. Duties
* Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services
* Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual benefit
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and personalised service
* Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required
* Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales strategies and optimise customer experience
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organisational IT systems
* Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base
* Utilise excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently across multiple clients
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales or similar roles with a track record of successful negotiation outcomes
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as needed for client meetings or presentations
* Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software and MS Office suite
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions
* Good time management skills to ensure timely follow-ups and achievement of sales targets
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
