Main duties of the job
As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting an individual with a brain injury with their daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging their independence and skill-building, and offering emotional support and friendly companionship. You will also be required to keep clear records of care and share updates with the team. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving license, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate and positive attitude.
