Dynamic Hedgefund is looking for Receptionist/Team Assistant, this is a dual role where you will meet and greet guests, manage the reception area but you will also support the investment team with booking travel, managing diaries, expenses and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
* Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, handling enquiries, and directing calls/messages appropriately
* Maintain the reception and meeting room area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable
* Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages
* Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings Administrative & Team Support:
* Prepare documents, reports as required
* Support the investment team with travel arrangements, expense reports, and diary management
* Assist in organising company events, meetings, and catering arrangements
* General Office Support:
* Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required
* Support the Office Manager and wider administrative team with general day to day office support
* Organising Friday lunch
* Ordering office supplies and maintain inventory
* Maintain the office tidiness, including the kitchen and stationary areas Skills & Experience
Required:
* Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
* Professional and friendly attitude, with a customer-focused approach.
