Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time for the right candidate
You’ll work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to support students both one-on-one and in small groups. From adapting lesson materials to encouraging positive behaviour, your role will be key in helping students thrive academically and emotionally.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
* Assist in classroom activities and promote inclusive learning.
* Monitor progress and communicate effectively with staff and families.
* Collaborate with external professionals to provide holistic support.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in SEN support or a similar role.
* Uni students are also encouraged to apply.
* A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications or training are a plus.
* Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
* Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
