Role: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
* The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for all activities related to production, service delivery, and productivity to ensure all necessary requirements are met.
* Oversees the development and improvement of processes to meet objectives and manages talent, facilities, overall service delivery, and safety programs.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Progressive production experience or equivalent education and experience.
* Extensive leadership experience.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Internet applications.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Mathematical proficiency.
* Ability to build relationships and work autonomously or in teams.
* Ability to influence peers and management.
* Self-motivated with attention to detail and deadlines.
