Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance including variance analysis and trend identification to support strategic planning throughout the organisation. Oversee weekly and monthly margin reconciliations ensuring reported margins are accurate and weighted average cost calculations are up-to-date. Produce comprehensive Board reporting packs tailored specifically to business needs so that senior leadership can make informed decisions based on robust financial insights.
