Solicitor / Conveyancer
Location: North Rotherham hybrid
Salary: £40-65K plus excellent benefits package
Key Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer with a strong background in residential property law, particularly new build purchases. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
1. A proven track record of managing complex residential conveyancing cases
2. Extensive experience in new build property transactions
3. Strong management and supervisory skills, with the ability to support and mentor junior team members
4. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and capability to develop and grow a branch office
5. Confidence in acting as the lead fee-earner for the location, with the firms backing to build a team around them
