We have a thriving food trade and are looking to expand our team of Chefs.
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Pilgrim Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in our restaurant operations by preparing high-quality meals for our guests. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellent food and service.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
* Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed consistently.
* Assist in meal preparation and presentation to meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene practices.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
