Fund Finance Solicitor | NQ+ | London
A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Fund Finance Solicitor (NQ+) to join its highly regarded London practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated fund finance transactions, advising banks, financial institutions, sponsors, general partners and fund managers across the private funds market.
The Role
You will advise on a variety of financing structures, including:
* Capital call (subscription line) facilities
* Net asset value (NAV) facilities and complex portfolio financings
* Hybrid facilities
* General partner and co-investment facilities
* GP support facilities
Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, you will be involved in structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, often acting on cross-border matters for private equity, credit, infrastructure and real estate funds. The team regularly collaborates with colleagues across finance, funds and regulatory practices on complex transactions across the fund lifecycle.

This is a globally recognised fund finance practice, known for advising leading banks, lenders and fund sponsors on innovative and complex financing structures within the private funds market.
Candidate Requirements
* UK qualified solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
* NQ+ with relevant finance experience during training or post-qualification
* Training contract completed at a highly ranked London law firm
* Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
* Interest in developing expertise in fund finance and private funds transactions
