Our Client is a multi-award winning estate agents who have offices throughout the Lancashire & Yorkshire regions. They are currently looking for an experienced Move manager to join the team in their Middleton office and they will monitor and facilitate the progression of each sale.
Job Responsibilities:
* Taking over the sales from acceptance of offer and seeing this through to completion.
* Sending out regular updates to buyers and sellers throughout the process.
* Liaising with outside solicitors and where required chasing customers and solicitors for relevant paperwork and documentation.
* Continuously providing a professional service and excellent communication skills to both parties to provide a seamless transaction.
* Keeping up to date with industry legislation and ensuring that all compliance is met throughout the process.
* Upselling of internal products and service such as their in house mortgage brokers, surveying & Conveyancing services.
Job Requirements:
* Strong customer service skills and must have past experience in sales progression.
* Upselling ability to maximise business potential.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Flexible and adaptable approach
* Ability to work well under pressure
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. No Weekends
