✨ About the Role
The Inside Sales Account Manager owns the full sales cycle for assigned accounts. Executes consultative selling, manages pipeline forecasts, and drives customer retention and growth. All done through remote collaboration using digital tools. Some travel will be required to meet larger customers, although the expectation is this role will be 95% based in our Manchester's office.

🔹 Lead pipeline hygiene for your portfolio; forecast with evidence and improve conversion by stage.
🔹 Engage multiple stakeholders and link proposals to measurable business outcomes.
🔹 Run post‑mortems on wins/losses and translate insights into updated account plans.
🔹 Identify internal bottlenecks; propose process/tool changes to improve cycle time and experience.
🔹 Coach peers on discovery quality, objection handling and effective CRM notes.
🔹 Protect price integrity; propose deal structures that balance growth with delivery risk.
