We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Primary Care team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B prison located near Bicester. HMP Bullingdon is a male prison with an operational capacity of around 1,100.
This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, administering medication on the wings, supporting the dispensary, and completing IPRA reviews.

This role involves working full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 07:30am - 19:30pm, Monday to Friday, typically 4 days a week. Every other weekend and bank holidays are on a rota basis. Salary up to £43,534 per annum, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care
* Deliver personalized, non-judgmental care based on patient feedback
* Administer medication following health in justice policy
* Ensure safe medicines management, following SOPs
* Be a key member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Qualifications required
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council with at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Relevant post-qualification experience
* Up-to-date CPD
* Non-judgmental, compassionate approach
