Key Responsibilities
* Support managers and practitioners in managing complex, high-risk cases.
* Promote best practice standards across your district or service area.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and CPD support to Children's Services staff.
* Collaborate with managers to assess and manage risk in multi-agency settings.
* Champion reflective, forensic social work aligned with core values and frameworks.
* Foster peer support and team collaboration.
* Build cross-agency networks to enhance service delivery and outcomes for children.
