Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Research Assistant to join our dynamic Research team onsite in London. The role involves a range of responsibilities including dataset collection, user testing, subject management, and maintaining compliance with research protocols. Ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for enhancing user experience through empirical research.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and configure test devices for dataset collection, ensuring best practices in subject interaction.
* Manage subject recruitment, scheduling, and consent processes efficiently.
* Observe usability testing sessions and provide detailed transcriptions.
* Contribute to improving testing conditions by offering protocol feedback.
* Prepare user testing materials and manage lab equipment.
Must-Have Skills:
* PhD in Kinesiology will be preferred
* Expertise in data collection and management.
* Proficiency in usability testing and providing actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication skills for effective subject management.
* Prior experience in Research or User Experience testing is highly preferred, particularly within the health or fitness technology domain.
