* Degree‑educated in Quantity Surveying or a closely aligned discipline, you will be a construction industry Commercial Director with the professional credibility to influence and advise at board level.
* Extensive commercial and cost management leadership across multiple concurrent construction or infrastructure projects, ideally within a manufacturing, engineered‑product, or specialist systems environment.
