We’re looking for a Graduate Sports Coach to work across the PE department and wider school, supporting students in lessons, extracurricular activities, and during school sporting events. You’ll also have opportunities to work with pupils in small groups or 1:1 to help improve engagement, confidence, and physical literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist PE teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Lead and support lunchtime and after-school sports clubs
* Mentor students, encouraging participation and teamwork
* Contribute to whole-school life and positive behaviour
* Gain experience with classroom management and pastoral support
Ideal Candidate:
* A recent graduate in Sports Science, PE, or a related field
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and a positive role model for young people
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Passionate about education and exploring a career in teaching
* Experience working with young people (in school, coaching, or voluntary settings) is highly desirable
