We’re on a journey to build a market-leading recruitment function, and this role is central to that ambition. As Strategic Resourcing Partner aligned to Tech & Data, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, our RPO partners, and the wider People Function to design and deliver resourcing strategies that support Aviva’s digital transformation.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring we attract and retain top talent across engineering, architecture, data science, analytics, and digital product teams—helping us build the capabilities that power our future.

As part of this role, you will contribute to building and delivering resourcing strategies that align with Aviva’s goals and digital transformation, working in collaboration with senior leaders, RPO partners, and the People Function.
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in strategic recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within technology, digital, or data functions.
* Demonstrated expertise managing and influencing C-suite stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
* Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience embedding these principles into hiring practices.
* Confidence in using market intelligence, data, and insights to inform decisions and shape strategic hiring plans.
* A creative, agile mindset—someone who can adapt quickly, think strategically, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
