About the role
Join us as a Shift Manager
You’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.
We serve our customers across different channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in ensuring customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online.
While no two shifts are the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Ensure displays are fully stocked and appealing
5. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

About you
You’ll be reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and have a passion for customer service. You should support an inclusive culture and value diversity. Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred. If you meet the availability requirements, apply now!
