Marketing Administrator - Events & Operations Focus
Milton Keynes | £24,000 + flexibility | Office-based (Mon-Thurs, work from home Fri)
We're partnering with a well-established, specialist education business that plays a key role in developing talent across the UK property sector.
With a close-knit team of around 20 people, they've built a reputation for being supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in what they do.
They're now looking for a highly organised, confident administrator to join their marketing team in a varied, hands-on role.
This isn't a traditional marketing job.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys organising events, keeping things running smoothly, and getting stuck into a bit of everything.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinating open days and events across the UK
* Liaising with venues, suppliers and internal teams
* Preparing event packs, materials and logistics
* Updating website content and marketing materials
* Managing data, emails and CRM systems
* Supporting webinars and campaigns
What we're looking for
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator (happy picking up the phone)
* Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, general systems)
* Positive, proactive and adaptable
Backgrounds that work well:
* Hospitality / events / coordination
* Office admin with variety
