Nuffield Health offers an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager to define and implement our customer experience strategy. You will ensure a deep understanding of our current and prospective customers and prioritize the customer in all decision-making processes.
As our Customer Experience Manager, you will:
* Establish standards for customer experience across the entire customer journey.
* Collaborate with Business Insights to collect and present customer feedback and insights in a usable format.
* Develop measurement frameworks for key indicators of customer experience.
* Engage with stakeholders across the organization to support key performance outcomes.
* Drive commercial initiatives within the Wellbeing Centre.
* Act as Deputy for the General Manager when required.
To succeed in this role, you should be:
* Collaborative, effective in verbal and written communication, and able to influence others.
* Possessing an Honours degree or equivalent experience, qualifications, or training.
* Experienced in Customer Experience and Customer Journey design.
* Knowledgeable about current trends in customer expectations and segmentation.
