We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Charmouth that is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. The Role This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting pupils with additional needs and helping to maintain a positive, structured learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: •Providing tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs •Supporting small groups and 1:1 learning activities •Implementing and maintaining effective behaviour management strategies •Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning •Working closely with teachers to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons •Monitoring progress and providing feedback to support pupil development •Helping to create a safe, calm and supportive classroom environment About You We’re looking for someone who brings both compassion and confidence into the classroom.
