Our client is an expert in the digital infrastructure field, and are looking for an experienced contract manager to join them on an initial 3 month contract to support an important project.
Qualifications
* Complex contract management experience, including contract drafting and negotiation with customers and suppliers.
* Excellent relationship building skills (Customer and Supply base).
Responsibilities
* Evaluate and execute new supply chain contract and commercial negotiations against technical specifications;
* Undertake customer and supply chain contract reviews to maximise value.
* Complete general procurement activities; conducting formal RFPs focusing on success with quality, availability and budget, but ensuring contracts are in place for warranty periods and liability.
* Work to and understand the importance of deadlines.
Hybrid working with 3 day a week in the London office.
There may be some travel to sites.
