Overview
As a Counter Manager, you will lead Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met and high customer service standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
* Management — Manage Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff, delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met and maintaining high customer service standards.
* Sales Goals — Achieve counter and service sales targets in agreement with the area manager, engage with customers, and demonstrate products.
* Brow services — Perform waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
* Teamwork — Conduct daily team meetings, communicate effectively, and recognise positive work to keep in-store teams motivated and working toward individual and counter targets.
* Promotion and Special Events — Build business by creating in-store and external events through linkups, interdepartmental events, and counter events including new product releases and charity events.
* Stock — Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager promptly.
* Communication — Facilitate communication between store/department managers and area managers and maintain open counter communication.
* Administration — Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration is completed, and assist with area manager administration where necessary.
* Staff Rotas — Ensure staff rotas are completed fairly on a monthly basis.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping — Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months retail experience
* Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods
