Employment Solicitor
This is an exciting opportunity for an employment solicitor to join a long-established Northampton firm.
Working alongside a partner, you will manage your own employment caseload and assist on more complex matters. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Restrictive covenants
2. Redundancy advice for employers
3. Unfair dismissal cases
4. Settlement / compromise agreements
5. Flexible working arrangements
6. Service agreements
7. Working time regulations
You will handle both respondent and claimant clients and be involved in marketing and business development activities.
