The Opportunity The Private Client team advises individuals and families across the UK on a broad range of matters. You will manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision, including: Estate planning and succession matters Executry administration Trust creation and management Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax considerations Client meetings Cross-referral work with other departments You will work closely with an experienced team, gaining strong client exposure and responsibility from an early stage. About You 1-3 years’ PQE with previous private client experience Strong technical knowledge across wills, executries and trusts Excellent communication and client care skills Organised, proactive and capable of managing your own caseload Compassionate and empathetic approach to client matters Interest in business development and contributing to team growth STEP qualification or dual qualification (Scotland & England & Wales) is desirable but not essential.
