Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator - Immediate Start
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment resource professional to join our team at our St Albans Head Office. Working with the Branch Manager, Account Managers, Recruitment Consultants, and onsite teams, we're looking for a proactive individual eager to develop a career in recruitment. The position offers potential progression to a 360 recruitment consultant as the branch grows, supported by a full training program.
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary, a conversion bonus, and company benefits. The annual salary is up to £25,000, dependent on experience.
Working hours are either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Contact candidates applying via various job boards and the HG website for current vacancies, and conduct interviews and registrations.
* Handle inbound telephone inquiries, conduct in-depth telephone interviews, and perform CV searches on various job boards.
* Engage with the existing database for new opportunities and complete administrative tasks related to tracking applications.
* Interview and register candidates in accordance with legislative and company requirements.
* Update candidate information and upload it onto our system, maintaining full compliance with legislation.
* Provide sales leads via candidate data to the relevant branch.
* Supply relevant information to payroll, the branch, and clients regarding new candidates.
* Place candidates with relevant experience for assessments and inductions promptly.
* Complete administrative tasks related to processing candidates.
* Maintain databases and internal systems, ensuring auditable compliance from initial registration through repeated requirements.
* Manage candidate availability to support the planning team.
* Provide general administrative support for the branch.
About You
Ideally, you will have previous recruitment experience within sectors such as Driving, Industrial, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics. You should value excellent service delivery, understand client recruitment needs, and be able to source suitable candidates. A strong attention to detail and compliance awareness are essential.
Desirable Experience
Degree qualification, sales or customer service background, and strong technical knowledge relevant to logistics and transport sectors are advantageous.
