What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is both a natural leader and a strategic thinker – someone who thrives on collaboration but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on when needed.
You should bring:
* Proven experience managing the full bid lifecycle in the construction or social housing sector
* Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop a team
* Extensive knowledge of UK procurement regulations and processes
* Experience creating, developing and managing robust bid processes with strong governance
* Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills
* High levels of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* A proactive approach, with a knack for spotting opportunities and improving processes
* Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours when needed for deadlines or client engagements
* A full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable, but not essential:
* Degree-level education or equivalent
* Relevant professional qualifications
* Previous tender/proposal writing experience
