Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the development and execution of the Fund Administration Service Line
2. Lead and expand the Fund Administration team in alignment with business goals and company culture.
3. Ensure client deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of alternative fund clients, delivering exceptional service.
5. Partner with senior leadership on business development initiatives, identifying and securing growth opportunities.
6. Promote continuous improvement in operations, systems, and client service processes.
7. Stay informed on regulatory changes, supporting compliance and governance efforts.
8. Represent the firm externally with clients, regulators, and intermediaries, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted provider.
