Role Summary
As the Warrant Recovery Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for the effective recovery of outstanding balances from our credit customers, overseeing end‑to‑end management of pre‑disconnection visits (PDVs) and, where necessary, applying to third‑party partners for a warrant to install a prepayment meter.
Responsibilities
* Act as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders;
* Provide training and development to staff to help them reach their potential;
* Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLAs.
Qualifications
You will have a good understanding of Utilita and revenue protection processes and be able to act as a point of escalation for the team. Previous leadership experience is desirable, and you should be approachable, adaptable, and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
