The role
Job Title: Sr. Supply Chain Systems & Transition Lead
We are looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Technical & Transition Lead who bridges the gap between hands-on manufacturing operations and large-scale business transformations.
This is NOT a traditional PMO or governance role. You will lead complex, multi-site operational programs, plant transitions, and ERP modernizations.
What You Will Do
- Lead Complex Transitions: Oversee multi-site plant transitions, manufacturing transformations, and supply chain modernizations while ensuring zero downtime.
- Manage System Transformations: Drive ERP modernizations (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and/or Microsoft Dynamics) with a deep understanding of how systems impact day-to-day operations.
- Bridge IT and Operations: Ensure business continuity across warehousing, logistics, procurement, and finance dependencies during major operational shifts.
- Drive Day-1 Readiness: Manage \"Hypercare\" support periods and Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) to guarantee seamless operational handoffs.
What We Are Looking For
- Firsthand Manufacturing/Plant Experience: You must have a background in roles such as Plant IT, Manufacturing Engineering, SAP Functional Lead (PP/MM/WM/EWM), Supply Chain Systems, or Plant Operations.
- Core Supply Chain Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and customer service processes.
- Technical Literacy: Hands-on experience with SAP (ECC/S/4HANA, specifically EWM/WM/MM modules) and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven Transformation Track Record: Experience managing Day 1 readiness, operational transitions, and business continuity programs.
