Monday to Thursday 08:00 16:30, Friday 08:00 15:30

As a not-for-profit housing association, we provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester. We build affordable new homes, work with partners to reduce homelessness and support people to reach their potential.
This role will help us to do this by providing a professional roofing service that delivers an excellent customer experience. Adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures, you will provide a fantastic repairs service and make sure our homes are well maintained for our customers.
We Need People Who Have
* Experience of undertaking roofing work and associated multitasking activities in customers' homes
* Sound building and construction knowledge
* City and Guilds Parts 1 and 2 or NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
* Experience of working our areas and quantities
* General building maintenance repair knowledge
* Full valid driving licence
