In this role, you'll provide technical support across a range of internal systems, working to agreed quality standards and SLAs.
The role is based on a Hybrid pattern with a minimum of one day per week in the office.
Core Duties
* Install, configure, and support servers and management platforms, including VMware and Hyper‑V
* Document technical specifications and reports
* Support infrastructure projects through capacity planning and design
* Share knowledge across teams and support project activities
* Provide BAU and out‑of‑hours support to the business
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and support a varied server/network estate
* Monitor systems, resolve issues, and ensure infrastructure integrity
* Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems
* Perform routine maintenance (e.g. backups, patching, hotfixes)
* Recommend and implement solutions to optimize performance
* Work on multiple concurrent systems and project initiatives
