Come join the excellence Overview TNS are currently seeking an experienced Risk Manager to work in the Global Risk Management team based in Welwyn Garden City Responsibilities Preparing for and managing year-end PCI DSS assessments Working closely with internal teams and external assessors to prepare for these audits Either managing or supporting the assessment process to deliver by agreed deadlines Ensuring that compliance with PCI DSS requirements is maintained throughout the year Working closely with Products and Operations to assess impact of product or infrastructure changes on TNS' PCI DSS compliance Working closely with Security and other teams to ensure that key internal controls are maintained throughout for continued compliance Raising awareness through presentations on key aspects of or changes to compliance requirements Maintaining Disaster Recovery plans and managing the test calendar Documenting or updating Disaster Recovery plans Performing regular reviews to ensure that plans are kept up-to-date based on identified infrastructure changes Building strong working relationships to deliver on agreed objectives Developing a strong working relationship with internal teams and external assessors to deliver on the team's objectives Qualifications Required qualifications Degree level education (or equivalent) and/or CISA At least 5 years experience of 2 or more of the following: PCI DSS assessments IT/Compliance audits Disaster Recovery planning Project management Team player who can work in a dynamic environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong report writing and presentation skills Experience gained in Risk, Security or Internal audit. Experience in payment card industry will be beneficial.
